An exploration of one of the most distinctive silhouettes in modern automotive design, reimagined through a series of cinematic CGI visuals.

The Bugatti Chiron project was created as a study of light, material and form, using a deliberately restrained environment to place complete focus on the vehicle itself. Rather than relying on an elaborate setting, the visual direction uses darkness, reflections and carefully controlled highlights to gradually reveal the Chiron’s distinctive proportions and intricate surface details.

"Sculpting the Chiron through light, allowing its form to emerge from the darkness."

The visual language was inspired by high-end automotive and luxury product photography, where every reflection is intentional. Cool highlights trace the Chiron’s bodywork and iconic design lines, while subtle red accents introduce contrast and draw attention to details such as the rear light signature and braking components.

Close-up compositions sit alongside wider hero shots, shifting the focus between the Chiron as a complete object and the craftsmanship found within its individual details — from the headlights and aerodynamic surfaces to the cockpit and active rear wing.

"A study in precision, material and atmosphere — created entirely within a digital environment."

Working entirely in CGI provided complete control over camera placement, lighting and atmosphere, allowing each composition to be treated much like a virtual automotive photoshoot. The result is a cohesive collection of imagery that balances realism with a more stylised, cinematic interpretation of the Chiron.

The project demonstrates how CGI can be used beyond traditional product visualisation to create distinctive campaign imagery, giving automotive brands the freedom to explore lighting, environments and perspectives that would be difficult or impractical to achieve through conventional photography.
